I’m in HR and if it is like the profile tests that we give then the company will use it to see if you are a good fit for the job. Our test ranks you in several different areas (numerical ability, independence, sociability, creativity, decision making ability, etc.) When then take those scores and compare them against “ideal” scores for the job to find a good match. Usually a higher score is better.
